Primavera at the National Catholic Prayer Breakfast!

On 8 May 2009 Primavera will be attending the 6th National Catholic Prayer Breakfast in Washington, DC at the Washington Hilton.

We will have a display in the designated area, so please come and visit us! You will also be able to view the 12 x 18 Our Lady of Light giclee prints.

This event is excellent and in the past has featured Pres. George W. Bush. This year the featured speakers are Archbishop Emeritus (St. Louis) Raymond Burke and Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. Our Lady of Light on Display during March for Life

Those flocking to Washington, DC this week for the March for Life can view a full size reproduction of Our Lady of Light at the Pope John Paul II Cultural Center www.jp2cc.org . The painting is hung next to the only other Tsarkova piece in North America, a beautiful painting of Pope John Paul II commissioned by Adam Cardinal Maida of Detroit. A guide to the painting written by Catholic Canvas host Liz Lev is available for viewers.

The Cultural Center is located across the street from the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception and will be offering many special exhibits and events during the March for Life week. Be sure to include the Center in your plans!
